Aurelia

She is so cute she needed her own post!

Thank you for waiting!

I know you have all been going through Marshall withdrawal. We all made our trip safe and sound. Heidi could rant for a long time about TSA, but decided you would want pictures instead. We have had a GREAT Christmas so far! We might need a UHAUL to get all of Marshall's gifts home. I have loved opening presents. I haven't been to all the celebrations, but I hear they have been fun. I heard my Great Aunt Donna gave us all a scare yesterday. I am so grateful she is fine. I hope you are all having as good of time as I am!

So we have some snow... too bad the good shovel is up at the cabin. We are hoping the cab can get down the street to get us to the airport tomorrow. We are also hoping the flight can go tomorrow. The airport ran out of de-icer. Not much has been moving for 2 days. Including our car. It starts and everything. The problem is only a few roads are plowed, so it would get stuck. We are glad for the SUV!

Sorry..no pictures tonight

We are getting more snow today. We are expected to get about 6 inches overnight, high winds too. Joy! It is like we are back in MN/WI already. It will be a white Christmas we are told. You can tell it is the holiday season. Heidi made the mistake of going to Target two day in a row.. she loves Target, but not when it is packed! She does not miss working retail in the winter. Janet, are you enjoying the holidays better this year than past? I have gotten to play some in the snow. My people have been too busy to let me play too much. Just so my readers don't think bad about Heidi... Marshall was on a flat surface in the snow car seat picture. He didn't actually go sledding in his car seat. He might have had fun going down a hill though. My people are going to a football game tomorrow. I have offered to go to keep them warm. This is such unusual weather for us. I don't mind it, but I don't have to drive! Have a good weekend!

We played in the snow!

We played out in the snow. I think I had more fun than Marshall. I let him take a nap on me today. It was fine, until he decided to grab my fur. I was a good boy and took it, but I wasn't happy. Grandpa Steve is here now. I like him! He watched Marshall while I went for a very slippery walk with Heidi and Chad. Our town was not built for ice!

It's snowing!

It is more slushing at the moment, but I got to run around in it for a few! Maybe it will be all snow tomorrow.

1 month old!

How has it been a month!? Chad and Heidi had a trip down memory lane today after Heidi returned something to the Birthing Center. We think Marshall is about 10 lbs now. He is eating like a champ and gets cuter every day.
We are getting ready for a storm this weekend. High winds, chance of power outages and snow. Last storm like this we lost power for 3 days. Not saying it will be the same.. but we stocked up on some stuff just in case. I hope we get snow! I want to play in the snow. I think Marshall would like it too.

Museum of flight

We went to the Museum of flight today. I wasn't allowed in for some reason... I guess Marshall wasn't too interested. I want a bigger back seat.

We are doing well. We had a busy weekend. Friday we bought a chair for Marshall's room. Chad, Heidi and Marshall than went out to dinner for the first time. It went well. Saturday we went to our friends place and met Marshall's future partner in crime. His name is Caleb, he was born Tuesday. He was born the same size at Marshall. What a difference a couple weeks makes! Today was football and a visit from a few friends. Football was strange today... was it opposite day in the football world?

I don't like it either..

Marshall had his first tub bath tonight. He did not like it. I don't like taking a bath either. I wonder if he'll get to just swim when he get older like me.

Family walk!!!

After 3 long months we took a family walk tonight! It wasn't real long, but it was all of us and I loved it! I hope this becomes a daily thing. I think Marshall had fun too. It must have made him tired, he slept along time after the walk. Tonight we are watching a documentary called 'American Dream'. It was about union struggles in the early 80's. We found this interesting, because it was mostly about the Hormel strike. There was a ton of footage in Austin. The 80's clothes and hair were great too! WOW. Grandma D, you should get this off netflix, I bet you would know a bunch of people. I think it also mentions the controllers fired too, but not yet.
Marshall is 3 weeks old today! Enjoy the pictures of him.

Sleeping and stuff

I have found that sleeping near Marshall is great! It is even better when my people are near by too. Marshall got to go up to the tower today. He was a big hit. I like going to the tower too. The people there are really nice. I want to go to the tower the next time they go so I can run the stairs. Marshall's cord feel off today. I wondered if I had a cord, but I don't think so because I can't find my belly button. Enjoy the pictures!

2 weeks old

Marshall is two weeks old today. He now weighs 8 lbs 14 oz. He is very healthy. His cord hasn't fallen off, soon though.. He is such a good baby. Heidi is healing, but not ready for walks just yet. I hope she is soon. I miss walking with her. I am only posting one pic of Heidi and Marshall. I am sorry to the readers that also look and Grandma's blog that the pics are the same. I will try to get some origonal ones tomorrow.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am anxious for the 3 footall games and the hope of people food! I am thankful for my people and that my leg is healed and I am on the way to recovery.

Sunday Sunday

We had a good Sunday. I got alot of touchdown treats! I went for my short walk and spent time with my people and my Grandma. I am getting to know Marshall better. He is a good kid. He doesn't cry too much. Here are more pictures of him. That's what my readers want right?!
