For Grandma

Grandma D wanted to see my pig. I picked it out myself and carry it everywhere! I am trying to turn it into bacon or something honey baked...
I haven't posted in a while since we have had great weather! Heidi said tonight she is thinking about not doing crew for the 3-day, but walking it again. I hope she does since I get to train with her!

Celebration Week!

This was a good week for me. I turned 4. I had a special meal on my day! I got a bunch of new toys and treats. I don't feel older. I feel good. Heidi is back from Atlantic City! I am going to let her type some about the week. I need a nap.
Hi everyone! I had a good week in Atlantic City. We got a lot done. I ate too much.. but found time to hit the gym everyday. I found a new show on HBO that I like. It is called In Treatment. Check it out if you get HBO, or watch on hbo.com.
Wednesday was Brian's b-day, Thursday was Valentines day, Friday was my niece Annika's 2nd b-day, Saturday was our good friends boy Gideon's 2nd b-day. It had been a fun week. I had cake shaped as an elephant yesterday. Yummy.
Yesterday was/would have been Jacob Wetterlings 30th b-day. I don't know if anyone near my age in MN doesn't know that name. He was abducted at 11 years old in a small town. It was the first time my parents thought twice about just letting us go out. I have never forgotten about Jacob. I have often wondered his fate, will he be an amazing reunion story, or will his family ever get peace from finding out his fate. I hope to never have to personally wonder thoughts like this. I do wish his family hope and peace.
Home front.. still at odds with neighbor. Chad has a few foya requests to get his case moving. They are dumping more and more dirt in the lot. We think they are filling in to build. We had a delivery truck back into the house last week and do a little damage, we are getting that fixed this week. We will finish up our tax return stuff this week. We should be getting some spending cash. I bought a plant a week ago and haven't killed it yet... All is good!

My female person is going to be gone next week for work. She is going to miss my 4th Birthday on Wednesday. We will celebrate when she gets back! I posted a picture of us that I can look at while she is gone.

Getaway cut short

We were having a great time at the cabin and than... my people freak out and with in a couple hours we are gone. They need to lighten up and be one with nature.
Wait Wait Wait.. Brian, I am taking over here. Ok, here is the story from Heidi. Chad had been up to the cabin last Sunday and there was a dead bat. My understanding was he was outside dead. When we got there we found another dead one in the garage. Ok, Ok, I can handle this. Last night we are hanging out on the couches after having a great dinner. Chad yells bat. We both hate bats inside. We both have stories about bats growing up. Hans remember the one in my attic bedroom? We went hunting for the bat to flush it out. No luck. Oh these bats are small. Not that that makes it better... just harder to find. I have an irrational fear of a few animals.. bats inside is one of them. Outside I do fine with them. Almost right away I start itching everywhere. After about 45 minutes I am sick to my stomach. I tell Chad we have to leave. He didn't really argue with me. We start packing, he goes outside to turn the Envoy around. It gets stuck in all the new snow. 2 hours later we are on the road. I kept thinking this is stupid, go inside, go to bed leave Thursday like we planned. (ok, just typing this I am itching) However, every time I got back inside the house and got up the first flight of stairs I thought I was going to throw up. We got home about 2 am.. I am ok if you are all laughing at me. I am sorry I don't have any pictures. It was beautiful. There was about 2 1/2 feet of snow. We had a great 30 hours up there. Tonight we are going to a chocolate tasting! Tomorrow, I don't actually know are Anniversary plans yet.

Happy Mardi Gras!!!

HI every one! I have never been to Mardi Gras, my people don't think I would like it, too many people and dirty streets. I bet I could get food though.
We are going up to the cabin on Crystal today. I am excited!! I was there Sunday and there was a ton of snow. I also heard something about Smores...
Speaking of Sunday. 18 and what??? Me and my people were very excited. We didn't want to see Eli win, but when you trade mark 19-0 before the game is played...
We liked the baby E-trade commercials.
My people will have been together 10 years Friday and married 3. I am more excited that I turn 4 next week.
Does anyone know a good lawyer? We are going to need one. Our bad neighbor has crossed the line. Back story.. August of 2006, yes 2006. The neighbor put in a street and sidewalk. (The city code if you want to build, you have to add the street and sidewalk) This is the only lot on our street with a side walk. Well, they wanted to slop the sidewalk with a ramp on our property. They even had it spray painted in our drive way where it was going. We were never ask and it is OUR property, not city street. There were words, but it was clear, YOU ARE NOT TO TOUCH OUR PROPERTY. We don't want a ramp, it will be a tripping hazard and than you have to pull the car in just right.. Chad went outside yesterday... There is a ramp. We think this was retribution for the whole health department thing 2 weeks ago. So paperwork has been started, we will remove the ramp.
