These are the flowers Heidi and Marshall made.

 Marshall tells us he wants to be a fire fighter when he grows up. At his school auction I was able to buy a tour of one of the downtown fire stations.  These were outside the station. We brought them doughnuts. The told us firefighters love doughnuts. 

 He was so excited!

 Then we went to Heidi's favorite glass blowing place.  We made flowers.  I will post a picture of them when we can pick them up.

We planted a tree. I watched.  It is a cherry blossom. My people are excited to watch it grow. 

We will try to take a picture every year .
