The newly upated Hotel Gilbert had it's first guests this past week. My great friends Greg, Angie and their daughter Abi came from upstate New York. This was their first trip to Seattle. They did get to see Mt. Rainier. They actually got to see Mt Baker too. We did the market, underground, ferry ride, ate, tower tour, walked around the needle. It was a great week! I was very sad when they left yesterday.

Today I we are going to Opening day at Safeco Field. We are in a box! It should be a blast.
Just finished the book 'The Time Travelers Wife". VERY GOOD!
I have a new camera, my canon broke... so far the picures look good. Agree?

I am so glad that you enjoyed The Time Traveler's Wife...it is one of my favorites. I am trying to read it again right now, but it isn't the same when I know everything that will happen. Nice pictures, but too bad about your other camera!
