Update from Heidi

I am home alone this evening. Chad and Brian are off buying a treadmill. I wanted a cat nap, so I stayed here. I love my job but getting off at 10:30 pm and back this morning at 8:30 is not easy. So, what have I been up to... I have up to the same old same old. Work, walk, see a few friends, watch some tv. I know, my life is so exciting. I wouldn't change anything other than I am ready for it to get just a little bit warmer. I am ready for 60's.
Work. We are finishing up some of our new people just in time for 3 others to retire. I am on the New Runway committee. It opens in 7 months. We are trying to get as much done as possible before summer. We are progressing. It has been interesting watching a new runway being built.
Walking. I haven't been pushing it hard yet. I have plenty of time. Those of you looking for my 3 day site, it will be back in May or June. When I changed from crew to walking they did something and it froze. With all the people registering it will take them a bit. Anyone who made a donation, it is still there. My group at work that track our miles. We are to Georgia!
TV... ah tv! I don't know if you know this about me, but I watch a lot of tv. I have gotten to watch a lot of White Sox this week! ( I am watching them now. They are up by one.) I am hooked on Oprah's Big give. I love the idea of being challenged to help others. I am happy some of my favorite shows will be back this week after the writers strike. Monk and Psych are on NBC tonight. Both very funny shows that we watch every week on TBS. If you read this in time, check them out. Monk especially. Very funny!
I just want to remind those of you without a blog that this is free. Up in the corner you can sign up for a free blog.
Have a good week everyone.

Heidi, like I said to Rachel, I love hearing about how you are and what you are doing. I hope you weather straightens out soon.

I'm proud of you for doing the 60 mile - 3 day walk for breast cancer again this year. I'll donate to the cause soon.
