Better not be an April Fools joke...

Chad had to email the owner of the empty lot and rental house about something. The owner replied and told us the renters are moving out the end of the month. He even asked if we knew any one who wanted to rent so we could pick our neighbors. (While I would love to pick my neighbor, I could not knowingly recommend that house to anyone. I am not sure it is safe. ) I hope this isn't a bad joke... or a trick. Light a candle, cross your fingers, hope for us! I will update you the end of the month. Too bad we can't buy it..
