My people left me for a week. They did leave a nice guy to watch me. He took me running, which was nice. My people need to run more. They left me to go to see family. I would have loved to join them. It sounds like they had so much fun. Heidi is home with me now. She tells me I get to go with them in December. Fun! I like to play in the snow. While they were gone they went to the zoo, a baseball game, Birthday party and playing in the yard. Heidi read a book this week that was really interesting. It was 'The Art of Racing in the Rain' by Garth Stein. It is written from the point of view of a dog. He talks about his life and the people he loves. It was so well written. Heidi cried a few times while reading it. The dog in the book thinks he is close to human. I feel the same way! Here are a few pictures from Heidi's vacation. Brian, we missed you while Heidi, Chad and Marshall were here but are glad you can come to Minnesota in December! I like the pictures!
