Still here.
We are still here. We have been busy. Chad is trying to finish the backyard. I am trying to heal my leg so we have been taking short walks every night. Heidi has been doing summer cleaning, working overtime and trying to heal her leg. Marshall is still in love with trains and working on potty training. We had a HUGE success tonight when he pooped in the toilet!!!!! We love our weather. I want to brag. 55 over night, 65 and cloudy in the morning, 75 and sunny afternoon and evening.

Air Force 1!!!! What a thrill!!! I think it is awesome.
Good luck with the pottytraining. Our day last week was a complete fluke. If they aren't ready, they aren't ready. Will is just dipping his toe in, but it sounds like Marshall is doing really well. It's a lot of work and some of ain't pretty, but I'm looking forward to leaving diapers behind forever!
That sounds terrible "dipping his toe in"...I mean, you know--just trying the waters...ugh, that sounds terrible too.

I too want to chime in and say to Marshall, "Way to go!" Keep at it, Heidi and Chad. He'll get it.
Brian, I wasn't aware you had a sore leg. I hope it is better soon. Thankfully, you have nice weather for your little jaunts. I hope Heidi's leg is getting better each day.
As for the cake – oh, my goodness! It looks amazingly good! It would be fun to have one small slice.
Can I have the recipe for the cake??? I love chocolate and caramel. :)
