Mommy Marshall time

Marshall and Heidi decided to have some fun together today!  They rode the light rail downtown. They had just a couple things planned.  First stop Seattle Great Wheel.  It just opened this summer. It is 175 feet tall. It goes 40 feet over open water. Each gondola is fully enclosed and temperature controlled.  They had fun!
Next stop was for lunch, but they passed a carousel along the way.  They had lunch on the water. (M had grilled cheese.)  After lunch they had a coupon to spend at a store that was called The Hat Shop and Wooden toys.  They have two locations. Little did Heidi know when she bought the coupon the Seattle shop is only hats.  It is not easy to spend $50 in a hat store.  Live and learn.  ( I'll post pictures of the hats at some point.)  Walked through the market. Bought a cookie. Train ride home!

So glad that you and Marshall had some fun time. And it looks like both of you had fun.
Also glad you have had a little extra time off. It helps to re energize us.

What a fun day!! Everything you did looks great. Can't wait to see pictures of the hats. Did have to laugh at that mistake.

What a fun post and great photos!! I love that you had such a special day together. Wonderful!

I would like to ride the ferris wheel someday.

Yes, what hat(s) did you buy?

Hats! I could spend $50 in a hat shop just getting winter hats for the kids...they're one of those things that I hate spending a bunch of money on because they end up getting lost. I was actually just contemplating buying Annika a winter hat at Hanna Andersson and held back because it was $22. Crazy!!

Enjoy your time off!
