I'd say, chill the champagne, get it out along with two glasses, go right out in the road, ask them if they're moving, then when they say YES, pop the cork, pour the bubbly, clink glasses, drink, walk away.
Subtle, right?
So, did they move out? For your sake, I sure hope so!
