Some odd things this week...

Phone has been out for a week. Phone company came out and said it was inside the house, therefor our problem. Chad replaced all the inside wires. Phones back, but still have a loud hum that we complained about weeks ago. Called phone company again.. they did a line test. The hum is from the outside line, they will send someone out by Friday at 8pm. ( and you thought the cable co had bad wait times)

Chad got an email this week that one of his friends or family members hired a man to kill him. The hit man was nice enough to say he thought Chad seemed like a nice guy so for a price he wouldn't kill him. Even though we were sure it was just spam, Chad sent the message to the police. They told him this email has been circling around a while, but this is a new version. Just to make sure.. anyone hire a hit man?

The neighbors loaded about 10 bags of trash into a car today that hasn't moved in months. hummm

Ok. I am not making this up. We were given a new toilet Grandpa Don when he was here to replace the one downstairs that our guests use. Chad gave away the old one this week. While he was emptying the water and doing a quick bowl cleaning he found a toothbrush. A new looking oral-b. I doubt anyone will fess up, but which house guest dropped their toothbrush down our toilet? Anyone? Anyone?

I didn't drop the toothbrush and I didn't hire any hitman to do away with Chad. I'm innocent on all counts. And, I'm glad you have phone service once again. Oh, the joys of owning a house!

Sorry, I am still using the same toothbrush I used on the cruise and at your house. Which tells me that I best get a new one.

I can't imagine who would want to hurt Chad. You really have had a strange and odd week.

Very strange, especially the hitman part. That's just bizarre. And no, it wasn't us. My husband doesn't like the Packers, but not to the point of offing his brother-in-law!

And it wasn't my toothbrush. Have you had many toddlers/preschoolers visiting, because it sounds like something Annie would do.

And laugh about.

hmm... not our toothbrush, that I can recall. I seem to remember leaving with the same number I arrived with (without buying any while there)... :)

And aside from the fact I like Chad, I'm not the violent type. :)

Thanks for the laughs.

Almost hate to say this--but everything about this post in your blog was very strange. Not even sure how to comment.
