Those are not teeth (yet). He is working on one though..

Marshall, you're growing up so fast. I'm glad I can come out in July to see you. I'm missing out on so much.
He does look like he's got a mouthful of teeth in that picture, at first glance! It took me a moment to realize that he couldn't possibly have that many teeth :)
I'm glad that he's getting a tooth but smiling. Teething isn't always easy...
